The success of yeast fermentation is critical as it is extracted by fermenting sugars from grains, and production of alcohol could not occur without the work of amylase enzymes to break down starch into pure sugar that is used by yeast. Also, many steps of metabolic pathways used by yeast are enzyme-dependent. Without enzymes, fermentation would not be possible. Our enzymes for alcohol help to produce ethanol through fermentation of grains cost-effectively and with minimum efforts. AlcoBoost

AlcoBoost is a blend of enzymes which is developed keeping molasses based industries in focus. AlcoBoost hydrolyses bonds of complex sugar/Polysaccharides present in the Molasses and convert them into simpler form. AlcoBoost’s antimicrobial properties, bio-nutrients helps in boosting up the reaction rate within the system.

Benefits:

  • AlcoBoost converts complex carbohydrates into simple sugars which means that, yeast consumes these sugars and produces extra alcohol in the system.
  • A special enzyme in the blend of AlcoBoost cleaves the cell wall of bacteria which mean, it not only controls the contamination, volatile acid
    formation but also provides the extra nutrients in the form of proteins for yeast growth.

LactoGuard

LactoGuard antimicrobial is a dry formulation of certain antimicrobial strains along with cleaving enzyme and starch (glucose) hydrolyzing enzymes, which are soluble in ethanol and dispersible in water, specific for use in ethanol production.

Properties :

LACTOGUARD is effective during emergency and regular maintenance conditions to control Gram-positive bacterial infections, because of it superior stability at low pH and high temperature during fuel ethanol fermentation. It is much more stable at mash pH levels, as low as 3.0, in contrast to other antibiotics that start degrading rapidly at pH of 5.0. As a result of its stability LACTOGUARD is effective throughout the entire fermentation process. The degradation of LACTOGUARD is ultimately a function of time and temperature. DDGS dryers typically operate at temperatures as high as 800 ⁰F and will cause rapid breakdown of antimicrobial strains.

Lactic acid is an undesirable by-product of alcohol fermentation and can stop or seriously inhibit the metabolism of carbohydrates into alcohol by yeast. Lactic acid bacteria (such as Lactobacillus sp.) are the most common type of Gram-positive bacteria that produce lactic acid, consume sugar otherwise available for ethanol production and produce enzymes that affect the fermentation process.

MOLAZYME

Molazyme is a blend of enzymes which is developed keeping molasses based industries. Total reducing sugar reduction problem in view. During non-crushing period Molasses is kept in storage tank for 4-6 months. Storage of Molasses for such a long time deteriorate quality which directly affects Ethanol/Alcohol production. Molazyme’s unique enzyme consortium keep such deteriorating factors at the bay and help maintaining quality of Molasses during off season.

Uzyme

Uzyme is a blend of enzymes and amino acid which is developed keeping molasses-based industries Nitrogen Requirement in focus. To increase rate of reaction typically all distilleries utilize Urea or DAP etc as Nitrogen source. Sources like Urea are controlled by government and present a procurement challenge. Cheaper Nitrogen sources doesn’t provide adequate amount of Nitrogen to enhance the growth of yeast.
